Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

Q: Can I use this splitter with gaming headsets for voice chat or phone calls?
A: No. This splitter features a 3-pole TRS design intended exclusively for stereo audio playback. It does not transmit microphone signals and will not support in-line headset call buttons or voice chat.

Q: How do the slide volume switches work?
A: The switches are passive linear potentiometers. Sliding toward the "+" position provides full volume based on your player's master volume, while sliding toward the "-" position gradually reduces the volume or mutes that specific side. They cannot amplify sound louder than your device's maximum output.
