- It’s your responsibility to track all packages associated with your order.

Delayed Deliveries

Non-Delivery
Suspect a failed delivery? Let us know ASAP. Email ciewia111@gmail.com Or online customer service with your order number and details. We’ll investigate and help reclaim or reship as appropriate.
Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?
Check around your property and with neighbors first.
If still not found, note that ciewia is not liable for losses or theft after an item is marked “Delivered” by the carrier. -
Receiving Shipments & Damaged Items
Inspect deliveries immediately.
If damage is visible:
Note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
If you can’t, take photos within 24–72 hours and send to ciewia111@gmail.com or Contact online customer service.Report Missing or Damaged Items:
Submit all necessary details within 72 hours of receiving your order. Delays may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
Keep Original Packaging:
Required for all returns or replacements. ciewia does not supply replacement packaging. Repackaging costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- You can cancel the order at any time before shipment.

- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or rerouted.
- You may refuse delivery if you’d still like to cancel.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
