    If your purchase from ciewia.com fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us and we'll let you know how to send your merchandise back. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Unopened Merchandise and Opened, As-New Merchandise

    Any merchandise that is unopened and in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days if accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. If the merchandise was opened, it must be returned in as-new condition, including the original box and all other original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer. When the return is received, we will refund the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.

    Defective Merchandise

    For any product to be determined defective, it must be returned within the specified warranty period with a Return Authorization Number. Products found to be defective will be replaced or credited at customer request. Products found to be non-defective will be returned at customer's expense.

    Merchandise that has been Modified

    Any modifications done to any merchandise voids the warranty.

    Shipping Discrepancies

    Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

    Shipments Damaged in Transit

    Any item(s) damaged in transit must be reported to ciewia.com within 5 business days of delivery. All original packaging must be held with the damaged item(s).

    How to Return Merchandise
